Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Giveaway Period
The Carla’s Crazy Crunch® “Crazy Crunch for a Year” Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Carla’s Crazy Crunch, LLC, and anyone directly involved in administering the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, entrants may enter through Facebook or Instagram by:
Following Carla’s Crazy Crunch® on the platform where they enter.
Posting a photo or video featuring Carla’s Crazy Crunch® Birthday Cake and sharing their honest reaction to the product.
Tagging Carla’s Crazy Crunch® in the post.
Including #CarlasCrazyCrunchSweepstakesin the post.
A positive review is NOT required. An entrant’s opinion of the product will have no effect on the winner selection.
Because the social-media method involves having access to the product, we're also going to provide an Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) that requires no purchase.
4. Free Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without purchasing or possessing Carla’s Crazy Crunch®, email:

Include your full name, age, city and state, email address, and the statement “Please enter me in the Crazy Crunch for a Year Giveaway.”
The email must be received during the Giveaway Period.
An alternate entry receives the same chance of winning as an eligible social-media entry.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
52 bags of Carla’s Crazy Crunch® Birthday Cake — one bag for every week of the year.
I would list the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) as $311.48, based on your current $5.99 suggested retail price × 52 bags.
Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash by the winner. Carla’s Crazy Crunch, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, regardless of entry method.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place on or about November 2, 2026.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted through the social-media account or email address associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hoursof notification. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, or is determined to be ineligible, another winner may be selected at random.
Carla’s Crazy Crunch® will never require a winner to provide a credit card number, bank information, or payment to claim this prize.
That last sentence is worth including because the FTC specifically warns about scammers impersonating legitimate social-media giveaways.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner at no charge to the winner. Delivery is limited to an eligible U.S. address.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Carla’s Crazy Crunch, LLC permission to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.
10. Entry Content
Entrants must have the right to submit any photo or video used for entry and must not submit unlawful, offensive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate material.
By submitting an entry, the entrant represents that the submission is their own or that they have the necessary rights to submit it.
Because people are receiving a chance to win in exchange for a social-media post, requiring #CarlasCrazyCrunchSweepstakes is a good choice. FTC guidance specifically says an ordinary product hashtag may not adequately tell viewers that a post is incentivized, while including “contest” or “sweepstakes” can make the relationship clearer.
11. General Conditions
Carla’s Crazy Crunch, LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with the administration of the Giveaway.
If circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway as permitted by applicable law.
12. Release of Social Platforms
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram/Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.
